This is just a little blog about my trial and error of decorating an apartment where painting is not allowed, I can't knock out walls, or do any permanent changes to the apartment. Me and my 2 cats have figured out a few ways to make big impact changes without major costs and always manage to get the full security deposit back!

New Beginnings and Infamous ends

To whom it may concern,

I'm Jennifer, and I've just moved into a 2 bedroom apartment on the 29th floor with my 2 cats and 1 temporary roommate. I'm new to the blogging world as a writer but have been reading them for years!

There is nothing that makes this apartment unique in any way, but it's a big change for me since I was previously living in a basement suite with little to no light. I work for an Interior Design firm as a tech and love nothing more than making my living space into a little oasis for myself and my 2 cats.

This is a blog about how I decorate a rental on a budget and no actual physical changes (ie. painting walls, construction work, or even a hammer and nails).

I've been living in rentals for about 9 years now and I would like blog my journey with this new place, since for me it feels very much like a new start.

Welcome to my world, I will post pictures of my new apartment all blank with no furniture tomorrow since today I have to go get ready for a date with the mover that moved me in last weekend!

Jennifer
